In summer 2018, I purchased a couch, coffee table, side table, and pub style dining room table from IDC. I am extremely satisfied and love to show off my furniture. So how did I come up with a perfect 5 star rating? Let's discuss the couch. The performance of my international design center couch is based on the following categories:1. Comfiness - self explanatory2. Firmness - not too firm but not too soft. Basically the Goldilocks test.3. Sitting up straight - I do prefer a nice pillow behind my back with this couch while sitting up straight but I love that's it's a bit deep. Nice for someone with big buns but not too wide of cushions.4. Lounging - this couch has a chase cushion and it can fit my entire 6' 3" frame. Perfect in the event of a long workday or rough Sunday morning.5. Durability - the cushions don't need fluffing. It's not like that dress shirt you buy that says non-iron but really you need to iron it every time. It holds up with multiple people sitting on it. Is it dog proof? I'm not sure because my dog is a good girl and she does not jump on my couch.Coffee table 5 stars:1. Can it handle glasses being put on it? Yes. Is it obnoxiously tall so when I put a glass on it my tv view is restricted? Nope.2. Pretty sure that's all I need a coffee table for.Side table 5 stars:1. Cool design. The legs are angled. It also matches my coffee table.2. The IDC guys helped me out at the store by moving around furniture and helped me to visualize my family room setup.Pub style table 5 stars:1. Does water leave marks when I am lazy and forget to put my half empty glasses in the dishwater? No, this table is made of bamboo and it's saweet.2. Design. By far the most compliments of all my furniture. Great design. They should rename themselves to Great Design Center.Think any of this was funny? Joke is on you if you don't buy IDC furniture. But seriously, I love my new stuff. Furniture buying is stressful, never forget to measure your space before you shop. The IDC team  was phenomenal from the sales gents all the way to pickup when they packed my furniture carefully into a truck. I will come back to buy more furniture in the future. More...

Probably the largest selection of furniture I have seen in Minnesota. Went to other furniture stores around town and this was hands down THE BEST. Friendly staff. Traveled from Milwaukee to Minneapolis in search of modern furniture. International Design Center is a fantastic source! We purchased 10 Moller dining chairs, and they're perfect for us--at a very good price point.  Much better than almost anyplace else we could find. The staff made the process enjoyable (we probably looked at more than a dozen different models), they arranged for shipping, and they even followed up with us after shipping was complete to make sure we were happy with our purchase.   We will definitely purchase from International Design Center again. Best (possibly even largest) selection of many furniture styles to meet everyone's tastes! I thought maybe they wouldn't have pieces to fit my semi-traditional décor but found I was dead wrong. I am a repeat customer for a few reasons: great selection of furniture you won't find at your big box retailers and then later see again at a big box discount store. The quality is hands down superior to pieces I have purchased at comparable prices.
