Internal Wisdom provides a lovely atmosphere with friendly and caring people. I purchased the colonic program and have never had better. Both Rachael and Mina are very active in the process--providing massage that greatly increases the results. In my last visit Mina was especially vigorous and caring because I admitted that I had eaten beef twice in two days and she was determined to help me "get rid" of the bad effects. Wow! I prefer Internal Wisdom in Folsom to other places because they use a wholistic approach which combines different naturopathic methods. They really care about us. And their prices are affordable

The staff at internal wisdom carry such incredible healing energy. Never have I been to a wellness facility with such warm, intuitive, compassionate, and patient staff. Racheal, Mina, and Sara are truly healers and beautiful in the way they execute their craft. Ben is incredibly helpful, kind, and knowledgeable, and such a pleasure to interact with. I felt so comfortable there, which hasn’t been my experience at any doctor’s office in my adult life.



I had two colonics, with Mina and Racheal, and both were incredibly healing, spiritually awakening, and energetically (and physically) cleansing. I learned so much during my consultation with Racheal, and was captivated by the attention and care with which it was conducted. I understand so much more about the mind, body, energetic connection.

I met Rachael in 2012 at a Holistic Health Fair in Sacramento. I have been doing colon cleanses with her ever since. I am a two war infantry combat officer with service in Vietnam & the Persian Gulf. I was exposed to agent orange in Vietnam and sarin gas in the Persian Gulf war. I also broke my back in both wars. My helicopter was shot down while being extracted from a hot LZ (Landing Zone). In the Persian Gulf war I broke my back in a trucking accident. All of this trauma caused nightmares and I was eventually diagnosed with PTSD (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder). This led me on the quest for alternative health as the V.A. (Veterans Administration) did not offer any real solutions.The provided maintenance care, not healing solutions. When I finally found Rachael, it was like being in heaven with her care, kindness and understanding. She operates Internal Wisdom with extreme professionalism. She has accumulated a very powerful staff of healers. I especially enjoy the attention to detail that Ben as office manager provides. The atmosphere and ambience of internal wisdom is nothing like what you would expect from the exterior of the building.
Inside is light, airy, calming and welcoming .
All the practicioners are experts in their fields with depths of knowledge to provide support, guidance and healing of whatever may be ailing you.
I highly recommend a facial from Mina, a reading with Sarah and yes- I recommend a colonic with Rachael. Trust me.
