Smartphone can be really beguiling. There are so many P.I and worth not that promise awesome results if you can just get hold of your spouse’s device. This has always been a huge limitation for me as I’ve always wanted to see everything in my spouse’s device without getting hold of her phone or her finding out. She began acting suspicious and being all secretive and I decided that something drastic had to be done. Thank God, faz came my way after checking through positive reviews , how he helped a woman catch her cheating husband red handed.I reached him via his mail at Flashcyberspy (@) gmailcom and he requested for certain info such as my spouses phone number and phone model. Within hrs I got a notification popped up on my phone it was from Faz. he gave me a spy link which I accessed with my phone web browser there I was able to see all of her texts, call logs, WhatsApp, Snapchat, deleted conversation, social media shared pictures and videos etc as if I got her phone in my palms. It’s really a great opportunity to use the services of Flashcyberspy (@) gmailcom, if you got similar issues right now I’ll strongly advice you write him for an excellent spying and tracking services. This is the most highly recommended and genuine services that works efficiently than the P.I More...

Q&As

I have a passion for walking beside others who are wanting to learn new things about themselves as they move toward their goals. I love sharing knowledge with people about the why our nervous system responds the way it was and how we can shift our experience moving forward.

Charles Collins
Trauma & Resiliency Life Coach
I am a Motivational Speaker as well as a Life Coach. I am certified as a Trauma & Resiliency Life Coach through the Arizona Trauma Institute. I’m passionate about working with my clients using a trauma informed lens because I understand how hard it is to be a trauma survivor.

Trauma Informed Coaching is the practice of understanding the presence of trauma in a coach-client relationship and how to use it as a guide for resilience and solution-forward resolution.

What does a trauma life coach do?
A trauma life coach works with trauma survivors as a peer, mentor, guide, and educator with the goal of helping you understand the path to intentional healing in the recovery process, to reconnect with yourself and what’s important to you while using your strengths to build a life of alignment and health.

As a resiliency coach, I will partner with you to optimize health and well-being through developing and sustaining positive mindsets. I will help you discover and explore your “why” for change. Mindfulness based practices can bring us to present where we can learn and experience the benefits of increasing self-regulation skills. We will use the strengths you already possess and discover new ones as we navigate the journey of change while building up valuable resources along the way.

I grew up in a high-crime area on the South side of Chicago. I was a highly sought-after college football recruit who within a short span of time in my early 20’s lost both of my parents. I have overcome a lot of hard things including navigating life in a wheelchair while paralyzed and hospitalized for a year from a rare illness called Guillain-Barre Syndrome.

My experiences set the stage for many years of untreated trauma for me, which I had no idea was bubbling under the surface. I decided a few years back that it was time to name and face the ways I was stuck in my life because of my need to run away when my body felt overwhelmed. I learned the biology of why my nervous system felt and responded the way it does. Knowledge can be life changing-it has been for me.

I continue to learn and grow and expand my own toolbox to deal with the stressors of facing life with Complex-Post Traumatic Stress Disorder as well as Generalized Anxiety Disorder. I am committed to being a lifelong learner and love to share this learning with others.

I spent over a decade in training and development at UPS. After successfully losing 150 pounds, I felt called to shift my focus to becoming a health and wellness coach. Here, my passion for walking alongside others trying to tackle the hard places in life became apparent. I challenge and support clients as they learn to know themselves in a new way, create change, and grow from places that were once stuck. Across the span of over a decade, I was privileged to help thousands of people achieve their health and wellness goals while they stretched, healed, and grew in the process. Life coaching and working with clients in my own business was the next step for me.

Over the years of being a health and wellness coach, life coach, and motivational speaker, the feedback given again and again is that I have the gift of rapport and connection. I teach trauma informed tools to help others face their fears and overcome their obstacles. I believe the trust formed in a working relationship needs to be client-centered care tailored to you to identify those patterns you wish to change, to establish new patterns by setting clear goals, and helping to navigate with you the path to get there.

I am direct with gentleness while encouraging you to look at the hard places in your life. At the same time, I take care to meet you right where you are. I’ve witnessed repeatedly goals being attained that people never thought possible. Together, we will explore what self-imposed obstacles are keeping you from living your most fulfilling life. I employ wisdom and humor to help people develop the best version of themselves.

"Charles pushes me out of my comfort zone. Through his expert coaching, I attain goals that I never would have thought possible. He uses his vast experience and insight to explore what is truly most important to me and to determine what self-imposed obstacles are keeping me from living my most fulfilling life. He employs wisdom and humor to develop the best version of me."

Services

Trauma-informed life coaching can help you identify stuck places, educate you on why your body and mind react the way they do, and shift your reactions in a way that feels positive and empowering. I’ll also help you learn what it means to be resilient. Unlike ordinary talk therapy, coaching doesn’t dwell as heavily on your traumatic experience itself. Instead, it focuses on the reasons your body and mind react the way they do. I also concentrate on practical skills for managing your trauma reactions. The goal is to help you reconnect with your feelings, build on your strengths, and improve your emotional regulation.

If you want to focus on exercising, eating right, and creating room for movement, I encourage you to pursue health and wellness coaching. I can be your biggest cheerleader and guide you through the process of managing your weight and fulfilling your dietary goals. This is also a chance to get creative and explore new outlets for relief through movement, whether that means yoga, running, gardening, weightlifting, or any form of movement that’s meaningful to you. I have been a health-and-wellness coach since 2006.

No matter what type of coaching you choose, I am confident that I can help you access your inner confidence and use it as momentum to achieve your goals. In my time as a men’s life coach, I’ve helped many clients heal from trauma and take back their power. I want to do the same for you.

It’s easy to live life reactively and never think about the way you respond to stress. Mindfulness can help you slow down and shift out of autopilot, giving you more control over your reactions, and find balance. When we practice mindfulness, we cultivate skills that are essential for human living: we learn to pay attention, calm down, and nurture joy.

Wilderness based coaching will involve an intentional change of environment. It will immerse clients in the natural environment as part of the coaching process to evoke introspection and facilitate change. Hiking in nature reduces negative patterns of thinking and increases neuroplasticity. Learning about and facing challenges in nature is a beautiful environment in which to grow and gain confidence.
