Amazing Doctors, close to home. My husband and I both see Dr. Lammers. He is hands-down probably one of the very best doctors I have ever had. He is highly recommended but from what I understand, all the doctors here are top-notch!I like that this is a family practice. That means that the doctors are full-service doctors and can handle everything from gyn exams to flu shots. They can perform blood work right on the spot too so there is no need to run all over the place if the doctor requires tests. Love this place! I feel healthier already! More...

Integrity has 24 hour access which is a huge plus. There are 7 treadmills 6 of them have cable tv with 70 channels. There are also 4 large screen tv's set to different channels with a downloadable app available for sound. One of the many highlights is the virtual room which offers over 320 classes through virtual instruction. Yoga, pilates, TRX and spin classes are just naming a few. I have been attending Integrity for approximately 6 months now with great results. The money has proven to be worth it. The staff reaches out and helps continuously to help ensure you reach your goal. I have witnessed calls being made to check on clients who may have fallen off the wagon. (Display of going above and beyond). The owners put a lot of research into the products they sell to insure they are of top quality. The staff uses the products and are knowledgeable and will answer questions you may have on any of the products or comparing of products. The place is always clean and you can always see the staff cleaning. In regards to the comment I saw below; there are 5 TV's and all on different channels and the treadmills all have TVs. I have not heard any excessive grunting or witnessed rude behavior. In fact my friend and I have been lifting free weights and have found the men are extremely knowledge and when approached are willing to help with any questions or proper form. I have been most impressed with the fact if an employer sees me lifting improperly, they correct me - Thank you. I not only feel healthier I have forged many new friendships. As a 70+ overweight woman!, I have tried many diets and many gyms and have never stuck with any of them.   I joined Integrity two years ago and except for illness, injury, or travel, have consistently worked out three days a week and  (the real miracle) enjoyed it.  Although I haven't reached my weight goal yet, I am slowly changing my body composition and am feeling better than I have in years.  The staff is phenomenal and I'm taking advantage of their nutritional advice as well as their coaching expertise.  The atmosphere is friendly, comfortable, and very non-judgmental.  If you're looking for a women only, awesome facility in which to pursue your health goals, I highly recommend Integrity!Diane ChaseManchester, NH More...

Unlike regular gyms,Integrity gives you a day-by-day plan on what EXACTLY you should be doing. This gym makes fitness and health simple with their customized work-out plans, meal plans,and health store. I started going to Integrity when I began competing within the Miss New Hampshire Scholarship Program. Integrity has been a sponsor for some time now. I'd watch as each Miss New Hampshire trained for the daunting swimsuit compettion with Rocco and the Integrity team and year after year she would be a stand out at the Miss America Pageant. When I was crowned Miss New Hampshire I have to admit that I was nervous that I wouldn't look as good as past Miss New Hampshires and boy was I wrong. I  have been going to the Londonderry Integrity location for about 4  years now. I have belonged to many gyms throughout the years and this gym it's by far the best I have ever belonged to.  since beginning there my health and body weight/ composition has improved immensely. I credit the personalized program and the very knowledgeable staff.  My personal trainer Laurie is always willing too answer any questions I might have and offer any advice I ask for. I have found that when I follow my program and actually listen to and implement Laurie's  advice and direction, I  make amazing and dramatic gains toward my personal health and fitness goals.
