When we were looking to remodel our house, we shopped around a few places for flooring. Once the project started, we had a specific time frame for completion. After meeting with Travis and Jennifer, they said it would be no problem to work within that schedule. They even passed along the contact information for an excellent painter they often work alongside to help with the scheduling. After the old floors had been demoed out of the house, we discovered the distributor shipped our flooring order incorrectly. Their team worked the greater part of a day to find another comparable floor so we would finish on schedule. More...

We had 5 rooms carpeted plus a runner up the stairs and are very pleased with the results. Â The carpet installers worked for 12 hours straight and it looks perfect. Â We had questions about how to do the stairs and everyone we encountered was patient with us. Â Would have given them 5 stars except they scheduled a measurement and then didn't show. Â When I called wondering why he hadn't come, they said the assigned person was out of town and they found another person to come later on the same day. More...
