How important is a healthy diet to someone’s health and wellbeing?
"The food you eat can either be the safest and most powerful form of medicine or the slowest form of poison" - Ann Wigmore
What do you love most about your job?
Having the opportunity to make a position impact on my clients lives through food and nutrition education.
What inspired you to start your own business?
My career has been spent in long term care where I started to see a shift in the population and noticing that younger and younger individuals were requiring long term care due to their health ailments. I wanted to have an impact by focusing on the preventative side of health care.
