InStyle did a fantastic job on my hair last week. Jessica was patient, attentive, and was more than happy to see me last minute. She was very gentle and made sure the temperature of the water was to my liking while she washed my hair. I was very impressed with the rest of the staff. Everyone had a smile on their face, with a great sense of humor, making sure everyone was happy. With my new haircut, I felt like a new person! The Invisible Yelper will definitely be back. More...

Jessica rescued my hair! Instead of making me feel awkward for trying to color my own hair with "yuck" results, she explained how to "fix" the look with a few highlights and a fresh cut. I was grateful that not only would I not have to sit there for hours after a long day at work but she did not try to talk me into a crazy expensive hair correction. I was only there for a little over an hour and I walked away SO HAPPY! I received compliments the next day and did not have to rewash my hair to make it look good. I will be back. More...

I use to go to In Style many years ago, and to be honest I don't know why I stopped. I guess life, work, etc... I think mostly because I was working a lot of hours and had to find a place close to my job. Anyway, I'm back and very happy to be a customer again. Jessica has been doing my hair and she does a fantastic job!! I highly recommend her. The whole place is a very pleasant experience. I love starting by having a hot fresh cup of coffee. It is so nice to see everyone smiling, and happy. You will also see the stylists asking co-workers advice, which shows they work as a team, not competitive, and their only goal is that the customer walks out as happy as possible. Just had my hair cut here, and the place is great.  I got a great haircut (with shampoo) at a reasonable price and the staff is very accommodating.  Everyone, including the owner goes out of their way to introduce themselves to you, and welcome you.  I will definitely be going back, and would highly recommend it. I have had 2 facials here, one with Emily and the other with Rachael.  The room was very relaxing, bed very comfortable. Extraction is my favorite part, they did a great cleaning me up.  They use the Bioelements line of skincare products, they smell wonderful without being overpowering.   I found myself drifting off many times during both of my treatments. I would go back to either of the estheticians to have another treatment.  Being an esthetician myself, I highly recommend the custom blended facial, divine! More...

I have been going to this salon for about 20 years. They have kept consistent management and staff throughout that time. My experience is that the staff is always pleasant and extremely friendly. I highly recommend this salon to anyone without reservation! They keep up with modern trends as you would find in a Boston salon -- without the Boston prices.
