I am a Kaiser member and I requested my Kaiser Primary Care doc to refer me to Precision in Movement so I could have Pete Lingas (the owner) work on my lower back. I have gotten treatment at Kaiser in the past for the same issue but I really didn't see any results. With Pete he took his time to work with me to not just deal with the symptoms but to also strengthen my back so it won't happen again. If you have any PT needs it is worth the effort to come to this facility to get worked on because of the great resources they have but also for the great therapists that work with you More...

So coming off of my 4th knee surgery, I was looking for a place that could really help with not only pain management but strength training and hopefully a return to normal activities. I would like to thank the perservance of Vanessa at the front desk she worked with my insurance very diligently to get the paperwork and copays sorted ahead of time. She also provides scheduling and text messages to adequately assist and aid in the process.I began training with Dr. Peter Lingas and Dr. Chris Solarte and have recieve optimal care and support. From a former semi pro athlete to a comparable cripple, I have steadily in the weeks of physical therapy gained feeling, muscle, and confidence in getting back to my goals. The physical therapy room is adequately stocked and designed. There is massage, hydroworx machines, pneumatic weight machines for lower and upper body, dumbbells, barbells, kettlebells, leg press, squat rack, basketball court, turf field, baseball mound/throwing cage, cycle machines, vertimax, equipment to track your biomechanics, BFR, ICE/Stem, pressure boots, hypervolt machines for stretching amd muscle loosening, massage tables, water station and of course a front desk with other appointments and personal gym sessions available. You will not require much more from the dedicated staff who are all passionate for therapy and helping above all else. A high amount come from Loma Linda University which is regularly ranked as one of the toughest PT/PTA/DPT schools to get into.If this review still leaves you questioning the facility feel free to visit and take a free tour. But also remember you will only get to where you want to be if you put the effort and time in. More...

To start this review off, it has to be pointed out that IPIM is not your normal physical therapy clinic and Pete Lingas is not an average physical therapist. The facility, staff, and customer service is beyond 5 stars. I grew up very active, playing any sport possible and was always in the outdoors. I played soccer in college and from that had injuries that required bilateral groin surgery, which was a very uncommon injury. I also had bilateral shoulder surgeries from spending so much time in the weight room and if that wasn’t enough I had bad chronic ankle problems from high school. It was very frustrating because each time I went in for therapy from someone other than Pete, it felt like they did not listen to my goals of being active and participating in sports. These past PT sessions were impersonal and rather unproductive. I did not make very much progress, I was not reaching my prior level of activity before the surgeries. I struggled with the reality that I would not be able to play soccer, basketball, cycle, or even run again. In 2015, a friend referred me to Pete, since then he got me back to playing sports and a normal life, even better than before, no limitations. He is the movement and body mechanics guru, focusing on movement improvement to correct the injury and to prevent future injuries. The hard work and continued education Pete has obtained really shows, separating him from your everyday physical therapist. I cannot thank the staff at IPIM enough for all they have done. It truly is a special clinic and environment to receive therapy at. I would suggest IPIM and Pete to anyone looking for top quality physical therapy. I trust Pete and would recommend him to anyone wanting to restore their function and get back to doing what they love. More...

I'm so glad we were referred to PIM for my daughter's PT.  We've been coming here since the beginning of the summer and have nothing but great things to say about this place.  It starts in the front office where you're greeted by Reggie who is not only knowledgeable but is so friendly and kind that you immediately feel welcomed.  His customer service goes above and beyond this 5 star rating.  From here we've worked with Dr. Chris and that experience has been fantastic.  He has been able to help my daughter get stronger and feel more confident in her workouts.  He has always made us feel like we are a priority in his day.  He is thorough and is able to challenge her in ways we haven't had before.  We've also had the opportunity to work with Jesse who has also been attentive, kind and knowledgeable.  She is motivated after she works out with Dr. Chris and Jesse.  She enjoys going each week and I enjoy taking her.  The entire facility has just the most positive vibes and everyone that works here is fantastic. I am grateful that we were sent here and really can't express how awesome this place is.  Thank You Dr. Chris, Jesse, Reggie, and all of PIM! More...

What can I say!! After having major spinal surgery in January and being mentally and physically in a place where I wasn't sure how I would recover, this was the best phone call I made after not felling the vibe from other PT facilities I contacted prior. That initial call to Syma at the front desk I immediately felt like this is a place who cares about you beyond being a patient. And she continues to be as helpful as she was the first day. Now let me tell you about the amazing PT's Chris and Nico. They are the best I've ever dealt with. If you want people who truly care about your recovery while acknowledging your pain and adjusting the therapy so you don't go backwards I highly recommend them. I have been doing Aqua therapy which has been great!! Chris and Nico have worked in some land therapy explaining the reasoning for it and making sure I'm ok with why they are doing that. There are days I walking in not feeling to great physical or mentally but no sooner then 5 minutes into my session I'm truly motivated. Sorry for the long review but I would be doing an injustice if I didn't give the people and this place it's proper acknowledgement. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!! More...

Top of the line facility, nice people all in all. My PT is pete and he has changed my whole philosophy on movement, excersise and physical health. He gave me the tools to fix 2 chronic issues i was having with my body (a bad toe and bad hamstrings) on the first day. That was a year ago and i havent had those injuries even come to mind untill right now, they were off and on a daily issue for me the 3 years previous. Hes truly passionate about the profession, highly qualified and has many credentials but never comes off arrogant. I feel like some health care professionals ive seen previously don't consider the value of the patients intuitive understanding of whats happening in his or her body (what you feel when you feel it) pete does, and at times it feels like he has a better intuitive understanding of your body than you, extremely vigilant, basically this guy is the sherlock holmes of physical therapy .. Everytime i go i feel like it is a collaboration, in my quest to find the best PT i could that was something i desperately wanted to find. I feel like pete has that, along with alot of credentials, that combo takes a humble special kind of person to pull off. More...

IPIM deserves more than a 5 star rating because there is no better place to come and get stronger, healthier, and improve your game. I recently sustained a fracture in my midfoot which kept me off my feet for over 3 months. I came to Pete as soon as I could to get my rehab started and get me on track to playing sports and back to work. Being a therapist myself, I did not want to settle for just any PT to help me get to where I needed to be. I wanted a qualified therapist who believed in evidence-based practice, knowledgeable about my specific injury, had an eye for movement analysis, and the ability to incorporate sports-related activities into my rehab program. Pete and Dustin checked off all these boxes and more. I could not be happier. In addition to rehab services, IPIM provides other programs such as sport specific training, team training, and nutritional guidance. The facility is jam-packed with top of the line equipment and best of all, IPIM is equipped with state of the art technology to better analyze your movement and muscle activation, improve speed and reaction time, whilst providing the biofeedback the client may need to gain a better understanding of what is going on. It's so cool! I HIGHLY recommend Pete and the IPIM staff for anyone suffering from a sports-related injury, looking to improve their game, or simply anyone who wants to become physically fit. I'm excited to continue to progress at IPIM and hopefully come back even stronger than before I was injured. More...

First impressions are very important, and Pete was very professional, knowledgeable and has built a great trust with my daughter.
