Inspired Closets

We talked to 3 other closet providers along with Mike @ Inspired Closets. Mike’s professionalism, credible advice and active listening were above and beyond anyone else. The buying experience was very pleasant. Mike came out, listened to our needs, discussed his merits and gave us a quote. He was never pushy, never cutting silly “valid today only” 50% off deals etc. We went back and talked to him at his office. He again customized the design on the fly and came up with what we wanted. We decided on Mike as it “felt” good working with him and we truly believed that Inspired closets will do a great job.

On the installation day, Nick came right when we expected. He was courteous and got to work immediately. He didn’t even take a lunch break and worked over 6 hours straight. Being a wood worker myself, it was great to see the time that Nick spent on planning, drawing on the wall and focused on tiny details. The result was just spectacular. What we thought we were going to get, we got better than that. My wife was just elated. What more can you expect?

I will recommend Inspired Closets to everyone including my friends and family. Rarely, it is such a pleasure in working with any construction or home improvement company as I did with Inspired Closets. More...

After many months of research on internet, I decided to call Inspired Closets and ask for estimate and design for all the closets and garage. Liz was our designer and I have nothing but an amazing experience with her. She did great job! But most thankful I am for her patience working with us :-) I have to mention Deb as well! I was very impressed with the professionalism at Inspired Closets. I wanted a Murphy Bed with shelves but wasn’t satisfied with online options. Inspired Closets came out to discuss what I wanted, take measurements and followed up with a video consultation to show me the plans and discuss the options.

I'm very glad that all my closets are done by Inspired Closets. I got quote/estimates from 6 different companies and the final cost for the project was close to each other with seven closet spaces including garage, there was lot of confusion and ambiguity to chose within 2 of them.
But again the credit goes to the designer Shirley Mazur who explained patiently about the company & quality of the materials. its not just her words that made us to go with Inspired Closets instead we went to couple of show rooms where we could see the actual material, quality and the standard - Inspired Closets was amazing !!!
Still there was a question at some corner - looking at the showcased closets in the show room was amazing, can I expect the same kind of finish & commitment in my house - believe me these guys are amazing, just 2 ppl 3 days all closets are done as per the design with no mess and no damage, was very smooth in every means.

I WOULD STRONGLY RECOMMEND "INSPIRED CLOSETS" WHO EVER WISH TO HAVE BEAUTIFUL CLOSETS PLANNED FOR THEIR HOME.

Inspired Closets designed and organized the 2 small walk-in closets in our master bedroom, and designed built-in closets in our sitting room transforming it into a beautiful open dressing room. Shirley was very professional in describing the products, our choices, and in her vision of how everything would come together. Installation was done in the midst of other renovations going on in the master bathroom and everything went smoothly. The Inspired Closet installers were able to coordinate and collaborate with our other crew and the job was done in 2 days. I met with Sandy to design the shelving for the walk in pantry portion of a kitchen remodel. He was on time for the appointment and had several great suggestions for the space which was complicated a bit by a window. He was able to craft a design that included a charging area for the Dyson vacuum and adequate shelves for larger appliances like the Kitchen Aid mixer and food processor. The lead time was surprisingly short and the installers were very friendly. Frank and Patrick, the installers, left the pantry cleaner than when they started work and not a speck of sawdust or material was left behind. We were introduced to Lis Ritz of Inspired Closets through our general contractor while building our new home. Lis did an amazing job of taking our requirements and making them fit our space AND our budget. Along the way, she gave us many great suggestions, some of which saved us money. We liked the end product so much - both in terms of quality and look - that we also had Lis design and build our office, mudroom and laundry room - jobs that we had initially given to our cabinet maker!

We just had two master closets done by Inspired Closets and we literally couldn’t be happier with them. We got quotes from 3 companies for this job and Inspired Closets blew the two others out of the water with everything from the initial consultation, the communication in between and the job completion. Everyone we encountered throughout the process was very knowledgeable and very clearly passionate about their product. We specifically worked with Shirley and her consultation was so thorough, calculated and just so well thought out. Her design was spot on and she was an absolute pleasure to work with. I love my new closet! The experience with Inspired was awesome from beginning to end. I called to inquire about the possibility of redoing my closet and I had a professional designer in my home within a week to talk over all the possibilities with me. Excellent Service and very professional.
We have small closet space in our new home and we were not sure how to accommodate all of our belongings in there. So I made an appointment with his company and Shirley has arrived 5 minutes before the appointment time.

She asked us how we intending to use the closets that we have in our bedrooms. She listed very patiently and took measuments of out of closets. Then she explained how can we use that space in an organized manner. She spend about 2 hours in our home answering mine and my wife questions and suggesting everything according to Thea tabs are. I observed that she never suggested something that is not needed. I really liked that.

We have approached other companies to take the quotes but no one gave us this type of efficient plan to our closets. Also, all others have higher costs. So we have decided to go with Closets Bh Design.

One single person came to install all the closets. He cxplajned what he is going to do in a very polite manner, I think his name was Mike. When he was almost finishing, The designer, Shirly stopedby at our home to check with us if we are ok with them or not. This is something that I'd don't expect.

Even after that I contacted Shirley on something we thinking to with entertainment area.

Wheneverwd contact them for something they are very polite and very responsive. The designer Shirley is extrordinery and very knowledgeable. The closets that they installed were changed te appearance of our bedroom. Now my bedrooms looking fabulous and modern.

Our family recently moved to a new house that required closet refreshes in the all bedrooms plus several closets throughout. Mike and Lis were not only friendly and knowledgeable, they were incredibly easy to communicate with and their overall responsiveness during the pre-sale process was best in class. Their designs were not "vanilla" and we felt we could rely on their expertise in choosing the best designs for the space while at the same time, meeting our own unique requirements. I also felt that the software they used to visualize the space and closet designs was easier to comprehend than some of the other companies we solicited for bids. After meeting and considering multiple companies, we decided on Carson's Closets. We felt they offered the best combination of quality and value.

I cannot give a high enough recommendation to Mike Carson and his company on the amazing job he did on our pantry. After having quotes from other national companies, I thought that my plans to re-do my pantry were gone as they were so expensive for just basic shelving. However, Carson Closets gave an amazingly reasonable quote for completely redoing my pantry with a beautiful system complete with pull out shelves, baskets, lazy susans, dividers and cabinets that was a less than half the cost of the national companies. Carson Closets & Cabinetry created the most amazing master closet for me. Not only did they effectively use every inch of my "small" 4' x 7' space, but they did it with style! Mike Carson is extraordinarily professional and designed my closet very economically without any "pushy" sales. I solicited 4 bids for my closet and Carson's bid was significantly less than the other three, plus his design had higher quality materials and a much shorter timeline for completion. They were timely and efficient with very high quality craftsmanship. Their customer service is top notch! I could not be more pleased with their work product and their customer service.

I have very high expectations and am very critical of contractors, since I am actually a construction lawyer (which I never disclosed to Carson Closets). I knew nothing about and had no professional connection to Mike Carson or Carson Closets & Cabinetry prior to soliciting his bid for this project, but I am so pleased with my decision to use Carson Closets. Everything about this project went perfectly. Mike Carson came and took measurements and we talked about what I wanted for my reach-in closet. A few days later he sent me a 3-D model of the design for us to discuss over the phone. I had a few changes so he updated the design the same day. We discussed which of my proposed tweaks would or would not work and why. We went back and forth with two or three updates, all in the same afternoon (and it was a weekend day).
