Prer is amazing. From that free call I knew she was going to be helpful to me, so there was no hesitation on choosing her as my coach.

I went from a job that used to be a great fit and has shifted into a poor one, where I was miserable, and it showed. Then with Prer’s help I was able to leave that position and find one that is truly a great fit- they had everything on my wish list AND it pays me DOUBLE what I used to make. (triple if you account from the part time to full time jump). That included multiple offers and counter offers!

The magic is that I needed to be doing less and giving myself more grace. She is to the point, action oriented and really helps you transform into where you want to go.

When I first came to Prer and Inspiration Careers I had been in search of my dream career for over 6 years.
