I am a certified life coach who helps women in transition regain control of their own story, so that they can live an authentic and empowered life. I do this by helping my clients let go of toxic relationships, set boundaries that put themselves as a priority, change disempowering stories about themselves into ones of empowerment, and connect them to their core values and sources of true joy.

What do you love most about your job?
One of the things I love most about this job is this moment in a session where the client realizes exactly what they need to do or what has been holding them back. It is like a light bulb moment that empowers the client and gives clarity to the problem. It is so powerful to be part of that process and watching it unfold.
What inspired you to start your own business?
To be totally honest, I was inspired to start my own business to provide other women the space and support through different life transitions that I wish I would have had. After years of putting others before myself on my list of priorities I finally decided it was time to do what I really wanted and not what I felt was expected of me or the path of least resistance. I wanted a business that allows women to ask that difficult question: What do you REALLY want? and then I want to empower them to live that truth unapologetically.

A little more about me; I was a elementary special education teacher for 18 years as well as a yoga instructor and advocate for the clean beauty industry for past 7 years. I come from a large midwestern family and have 2 young children with my husband of 15 years. The balance of life is real and I am here to support you in finding that balance in your own life while you go through the many transitions it brings.

Individual Coaching
In this package, clients will have the opportunity to work with Anna in a 1:1 setting, with sessions tailored to the specific needs and goals of the client. Anna will foster a sense of ownership in finding solutions, as well as act as a source of accountability to guide continual growth.
1:1 Coaching Package Includes:
*A one-time Discovery Session (90 minutes) where Anna will dig deep to find out what aspects of life and goals the client wants to address.
*3 or 6 months options of 60-minute weekly or bi-weekly sessions, addressing the topics or needs found during the Discovery Session.
*Accountability Support
*Voxer Connection Option
*Online or In-Person
