I cannot recommend Insight Therapeutic enough! One of the absolutely most relaxing experiences I have ever had. Heather greets you with kind open arms and makes you feel completely at ease. The rooms are tastefully decorated and dimly lit, adding to the relaxation factor. Various soothing scents tickle your senses as soft music balances out the ambience. Prepared to be pampered as Heather does an amazing job working on your trouble spots (in my case lower back pain), as well as working all your arms, legs, neck and head for a complete stress relieving experience. In addition, she's wonderful to talk with while you're getting worked on. I'm a repeat client that literally drives from CT just to have her work on my back. She's THAT good! Her rates are absolutely more than reasonable based on my research, and she offers a large offering of services from massage, yoga, doula, etc. She's awesome about fitting you in, even on short notice. So if you are like me and don't normally allow yourself a lot of pampering, don't wait any longer. You HAVE to change your mind and experience peaceful relaxation at Insight Therapeutic!!! More...

Great massage from an amazing person at a fantastic price. Great variety of spa packages. Heather birch has a ton of experience and expertise in her field.
