Absolutely thrive off the energy and fantastic workouts that Jen and Jairus provide at Innate Fitness, even though I complain ; )! I've been guided by Jen for almost 2 yrs now...and now Jairus. I went from 142 to 133 and had gained 9 lbs of muscle the last we checked, obtained the metabolism of a 12 yr old, and very minimal body fat, etc. If you want results, put in the effort it takes and let the awesome team at Innate guide and push you for excellence. ♡ More...

Love the gym so much. Jennifer is absolutely awesome. She is personable, friendly, and extremely motivating. She is very good at pushing you but also very good at adjusting everything to meet your needs. She is extremely encouraging and gets totally enjoyment in seeing everyone's accomplishments. I hate working out, and hate the gym. Hate cardio. Had my 2nd private session with Christina today, and it's amazing! First time. ..ever, looking forward to my next work out! Even the nutrition help is great, and I am not on a diet. She helps the plan make sense, and I'm learning exercises that I can do at home and want to. So worth the money! Even if you have another gym membership, you'd be crazy not to splurge on a session. If you have any fitness goals big or small check this place out! More...

Absolutely amazing staff and atmosphere. Passionate about health and wellness inside and out not just for adults but kids and teens as well. They have literally helped transform my teen son's physical strengths and goals while encouraging his dedication to school and overall wellness. After seeing this positive effect we went on to sign up my eight year old sister, who is a bundle of energy! I am a NASM Personal Trainer at Innate Fitness Daytona located in Port Orange, FL. I have over a decade of knowledge and expertise in the fitness and health industry. I specialize on educating you on how to combine the 2 vital aspects of a healthy lifestyle: nutrition and exercise. Your initial 1 on 1 professional consultation includes a small workout so we can evaluate your abilities, review your nutrition and discuss a customized plan together that works for you and your schedule and most importantly: YOUR GOALS!! Our training facility is a private studio with a very intimate atmosphere. The training you will receive comes with the utmost customer service. Together we can achieve the results you are looking for. If you are serious about a change in lifestyle book a consultation on innatefitnessdaytona.Booksy.com. I am available mornings from 6am-12 pm for 30 minute sessions, 45 minute sessions or hour long sessions. If you decide to book one of our training packages, the $40 consultation gets waived.

I start with getting to know the client. I feel as though we will become friends over a period of time so it helps to find out more about them. Previous injuries, pains and aches, illnesses are disclosed so I can get a better feel for the program I design. What the customer wants is first priority to me.

About 12 years ago, I started with a local boot camp and ended up losing 27 pounds. The friendships and the accountability to this group was enormous. We relied on each other and I thought it would be great and change other people's lives, just like my trainer changed mine. I started working out, while also juggling a full time job and 4 children, so I fully understand a busy active lifestyle. I fell in love, working out with people of similar situations, learning to become active and healthy to become a better me. Since then, I became a certified NASM personal trainer with an additional certification in fitness nutrition.

I truly understand the concept of functional fitness. I have a deep love for working together with the client and helping them achieve the results they are looking for by acting as their cheerleader and their trainer. I would suggest hiring someone who understands way the body works both nutritionally and physically.
