I was a member when I previously lived in Virginia Beach 16 years ago. I came back for a visit and bought a week pass and trained with Pat as I am preparing for a powerlifting meet. The gym is as awesome as I remember and Pat was super motivating - I hit two PRs during one of our sessions. Will definitely be back when we come for future visits. More...
