Ok this is simply the best bbq you are gonna find around!!!! IV delivers on quality, originality, and taste!!! We ordered two briskets from IV and hosted a end of summer bbq with some friends and also hosted a neighbors block party and served their brisket at both! !! We absolutely love their food and so did all of our friends and neighbors!! We got great food, service, and prices!! Not a brick and mortar restaurant, I called and spoke with the owner who was beyond friendly. He said they currently only do catering / food truck events but would make anything on the menu and deliver it on the weekend. I was a little hesitant but decided to pull the trigger and OMG I'm so glad I did! The sliced brisket was absolutely mouthwatering, Mac n Cheese left us speechless and the pulled pork sandwich's were out of this world!
