Outstanding service! I received a prompt email from Infinitude DC, LLC owner, Mr. Will Timmons. We immediately set up a phone call to discuss the project I needed done with little time to spare.
Mr. Timmons personally took on my video project, provided excellent and ongoing communication, professionalism and expertise in what I needed. He went beyond my expectations and produced a top level video complete with studio space, lighting, teleprompter and guided me throughout the process. He was committed and reliable to the goals of the project and getting it done in record time. The finished project was the best I've received in my long career. Furthermore, given my disability, he was sensitive and open-minded and adjusted as needed in addition to providing subtitles and edits with my international partner organization. There were several international organizations involved and they were impressed with Mr. Timmon's work. Mr. Timmons worked within the budget as agreed. He also provided heads up on any additional costs that might be needed and gave me several choices. I will definitely continue to work with Mr. Timmons and his company on other projects.

I'm easy to work with, kind, and respectful. I bring professional communication and a helpful attitude toward every video I make. I have a client-centered approach where the client is the superstar of the project.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I respect all COVID-19 requirements by venues and state/federal guidelines. I wear a mask during indoor video shoots and am willing to wear a mask at any time if a client requests it outdoors as well.
