I've now been getting massage therapy from Indulgence Thai Massage in Canton for more than 6 months. Â Issaree, the owner, is my therapist. Â She is excellent. Â She is extremely knowledgeable and cares deeply about her customers and her business. Â I have never had anything but outstanding, courteous service. Â Booking appointments is a breeze, Issaree is ALWAYS on time and, she's very professional. Â I've gotten massages all over the world, and the quality of the massage from Indulgence Thai Spa is as good as any I've ever received. Â The pricing is more than fair for the quality. Â And the facility is always spotless, with incredibly comfortable beds imported from Thailand.If you want a fantastic, professional massage, give this place a try and ignore the negative reviews (which all seem to be from people trying to bully this nice owner and get a "deal" with a Groupon) none of which have anything to do with the quality of the massage services. Surprised by all the negative reviews. I have been here twice and both times the owner has been extremely sweet and accommodating. Wonderful first experience! Â Over a month ago I started researching Thai Massage because I was looking for something different than the typical massage. Â I was intrigued by the process and stretching of the body. Â When in doubt start with a Groupon. Â Best personal service purchase in 2019. What a unique massage experience. Â I had never had a Thai massage before but was told it was very different from the traditional Swedish massages that I've had in the past. Â I have to admit, I was a little nervous at first but Issaree, the owner, put me right at ease. Â She incorporated stretching, yoga positioning, and she even crawled on my back using her elbows and knees for different pressure points. Went for the first time after purchasing a groupon. According to the ownee, Issaree, they've only been open for a month or so. Its located in a storefront and is pretty nondescript from the outside but Issarree did a great job with the decorations on the inside and I really like the vibe. Low lit, lots of purples and great Thai prints and decorations. She brought me into the room and there was a little bag of chocolates and little welcome sign with my name on it right on the table, a very nice touch that made me feel extra welcome!The massage itself was great and being a Thai massage, had more stretching than a normal swedish or deep-tissue massage and was exactly what I was looking for. First class treatment!I tried four hands the first visit. Â And I Â came with a bad back pain. Figured it can help, and not hurt, until the epidural. Great people and culture.They helped me on the table; and, with my permission used hot oil and hot rocks. Enjoyable!Applied the right pressure.
