I went in the store looking for a sofa that would fit in my studio and go with my decor. Andrea helped me pick out the PERFECT option, I couldn’t be happier! She really took time helping me pick out the perfect size, fabric, and was patient when I decided to pick the sleeper. Great experience, and they have a huge inventory. We worked with Stephen to design our family/living space in our new home. We love the design and the color scheme he recommended! We even took his suggestion for a new ceiling fan and the placement of furniture in other rooms. We really appreciated that he shared his ideas for spaces where we were using our existing furniture - there was nothing in it for him but he was happy to help us! I was a particular joy working with Stephen because of his open willingness to accept input from us. We could not have been more pleased with Stephen. He is a consummate professional, knows interior design, knows the products sold by Indian River Furnature, is steeped with integrity and is simply fun to work with. With his advice, we were able to refurnish our master bedroom into a piece of art. Stephen get a score of 11 on a scale of 1-10.

I just bought a table from this guys and asked them 3 times if comes with the extension because the table was in the clearance section the answer was Yes! Before I went to pick it up I called and asked again if the extension is with the table the answer was Yes. After driving an hour to pick it up and wait another hour for them to look for the extension they couldn't find it.The manager didn't come to talk to me and see what is going on.I think people there need to communicate more and make sure they stay behind what they say. In the end I got my money back but waste my day and gas which no one will give me back. Update: After working with the owner, we were refunded for our time and gas that was wasted. Indian River Furniture is unique because it's a locally owned business and they treat their customers like you've just stepped into their home! Katherine Rose was our associate and she was so patient, kind, and thorough through the entire process of picking out our many items to the final writing of the invoice. They had lots of snacks, drinks, and even a raffle. One of the items we had wanted to order was and Ashley couch, which they were able to order and include in our delivery. The delivery guys were friendly and carefully placed all furniture exactly where we wanted it. Excellent quality furniture at competitive prices. Very friendly and knowledgeable sales staff. I give them 4 stars out of 5. The only reason I can't give 5 is due to a service/warranty issue. Our recliner seat cushion seemed to be sagging from the seat back. It took several calls and leaving multiple messages to finally get a service man out. it was finally resolved but took a long time happening. More...

Wonderful customer service! I contacted Indian River Furniture after we became hooked on the Stressless chairs while visiting my brother in Ohio. We knew we wanted the chairs and contacted a couple of other stores in Ohio and Fl. When I contacted Steve, he was very straight forward and had what we wanted new in stock and offered us a fabulous deal and helped us also chose a new tv cabinet. I went in last weekend and bought two bar stools from the clearance corner, they only had one on display, but said they had one in the warehouse. When I went to pick the second one up they could not find it. Without any hesitation, they asked if they ordered a new one, but explained that I would have to wait and they were really sorry. They did not charge me an extra cent, did not question anything, just went above and beyond to make it right. Exceptional service the salesman walked the entire store with us and explained different leather types ,different materials, different padding and different levels of comfort offered by the furniture. We found exactly what we wanted at the price we wanted. This is a very high-end store and most furniture is very expensive but beautiful. They also have a great cloth selection for custom furniture.
