Yes. We have clients all over the country so we've been utilizing secure digital technology and video-conferencing for years; well before the pandemic made personal distancing necessary.

To keep our clients safe they're able to securely drop off and pick up documents to a lobby clerk who not only wears a mask, but she is in a lobby window office much like a bank teller would be. The clerks in both our offices have no direct contact with our clients when they come in & out of the building. In addition, we've already been utilizing secure digital technology and video-conferencing for years; well before the pandemic made personal distancing necessary.
