We would like to thank Tracy from Incredible Beach Weddings and officiant Sherri for making our wedding on April 24, 2019 the most magical and special day of our lives . When I contacted Tracy our wedding date was only a month out. Tracey was very professional and calming. She quickly put together the type of wedding we wanted . She and Sherri made our vision for our day happen. We couldn't be more happy. Although it was just the two of us and our witnesses it was beautiful and very special to us. Tracy took the time to respond to all my questions and concerns. When we got really close to our day both Tracey and Sherri made every detail go smooth for us. Tracey with Incredible Beach Weddings is amazing!! She made sure our wedding was perfect for us. We had a small beach wedding at Ocean Isle Beach on 5/5/19 and Tracey made it so easy and stress free. She takes care of everything from set up, photography, music, the officiant and has a great system to make it all happen. Anytime I had a question, Tracey had an answer and to be quite honest, she lays out everything so nicely from the first interaction, she answered most of my questions before I even had to ask! We absolutely loved using Incredible Beach Weddings. Tracey was amazing. We got married on the beach in SC with 80 people attending and I was grateful at how accommodating she and her staff were to our guests as well as the wedding party. She provided water for everyone attending and even had some extra chairs for everyone to be able to sit. She did an outstanding job on the photos and I was amazed at her work when I received my wedding album. It was beautiful. Despite what she had went through with hurricane Florence and not having power or internet for weeks after the hurricane, she stayed in communication and did a wonderful job. My wedding is in 2 1/2 weeks. And I am a nervous wreck lol. Tracey has been absolutely wonderful so far. She began talking to me via email and working on wedding plans even before I sent a deposit. I gave her only a 2 months notice and was afraid we didn't have time but so far she has been a miracle worker. I have bombarded her with numerous emails and questions and she always responds in a timely manner. Most people would be at their wits end with me right now lol but she has been patient with me. Even when she was busy working on her home and other weddings she would let me know it may take 24 hours to respond. And Dr. Allen has been working with me on our ceremony and he is great!! I am so excited and I look forward to meeting her and Dr. Allen in person!! God gives us special gifts and skills and they are perfect for this job! Stay tuned! I have been working with Tracey now for roughly a month. She has helped me so much already, again, like another person said, before I even put a deposit down. She even went as far as confirming I had videography, hair and make up, etc. I am taking advantage of the videography, but just her going that extra step to ask made me feel I was being taken care of. We came in from out of state with no knowledge of the area and from the very beginning Tracey was amazing! She took care of every detail of our wedding, from finding a beach near the house rented, to giving suggestions on places to eat and finding a hair and makeup artist for me for the day of. Tracey quite obviously loves what she does, as it is reflected by the ease with which she approaches her clients. Our daughter's wedding (Aug 13, 2017) was a destination wedding and I had numerous questions as we planned in the months ahead of her event, which Tracey always answered quickly! As the date drew closer, and stormy weather threatened, she was most reassuring, keeping a watchful eye on conditions. Tracey has been taking my family's pictures for the past 14 yrs. She is like our own personal photographer not just that Tracey is part of our family. She has done holidays, birthdays, senior pics, prom, baby shower, newborn pics from all different locations. From her studio , the train tracks in Conway, McLean park, Vereen gardens, the Waccamaw River, at a friends home who lives on a farm with beautiful horses, Atalaya Castle and many at the beach. She was even at the hospital 3 yrs. ago when I had my daughter to visit along with her camera and took the most beautiful pictures of her just an hr. old. Just recently she took pictures of our sons at their first prom at the Dye club golf course at Barefoot. She has captured so many special moments over the years for me and my family that I will never forget. My house is literally a photo gallery of all her awesome work.
