My experience with incognito vi was wonderful. we flew to la to see a concert and then stay for a few nights. Called first thing in the morning and showed me pics of the perfect car. Booked it. Next morning called me asking to change the time. Can’t. Next day told me that car wasn’t available and longer but another one was. Totally not what I needed, but it was the day before the event, so what was I supposed to do? The morning of my event, texted me to tell me they were no longer able to provide a vehicle at all. Absolutely ridiculous! Totally unprofessional from the day after I booked.
