Working with Sean is great - he understands that everyone has different fitness goals, and some people prefer certain types of workouts to others. If I don’t enjoy the workouts, I’ll end up not going, and Sean gets that. A lot of trainers don’t, force you into their preset program, and eventually you quit. Not an issue with Sean. When a client has a goal of theirs I like to add one of my goals to the chart. I prescribe the best route to get to their goals. For example, if someones balance or form is not correct I will work on that before just making someone burn as much calories as they can with me.

Before attending at Texas State University many people asked for guidance from me and that's when I knew I wanted to become independent and give the best service I can provide without limitations.

Many younger trainers like the way I train my clients by applying resistance bands or body weight exercise to my functional training style. I like to make my clients minds think about the multi-movement instead of just moving weights around.

I have always try to keep my clients in a clean enviorment by spraying down equipment and if need be I will wear a mask for their safetly and comfort.
