For example, we offer both static and direct action security services. We can provide specific or dynamic operational hours and shifts. We also have varying levels of auxiliary services that can be included in contract terms or available to each client on an as needed basis.

Personnel
North Carolina is the 3rd largest home state to veterans of our armed forces. Inari Security services takes pride in offering employment to many of these servicemen and women. All contractors of Inari Security Services LLC are highly qualified and trained either through prior work and qualifying experiences or by Inari Security Services LLC prior to on-site exposure.
Additionally, those officers contracted by Inari Security Services LLC are offered trauma-informed support, from de-escalation training on the job to personal and mental health support including concierge services to ensure that our employees are happy, healthy and capable of upholding the most appropriate path to safety in any security action plan.
We take pride in providing the safest and most controlled security services available to our clients. To us, security and safety are not just physical, but emotional and psychological as well and we hope to be the leaders in providing security services with intelligence, grace and understanding for all parties involved.
We have a spectrum of contractors available including fully armed LEO/military-tiered persons to unarmed and discrete security officers. Our clients are able to dictate the type of visual security presence and force they prefer for their individual sites and needs.
Training
Inari Security Services LLC provides a combination of techniques for training with both formal and informal models, often tailored to each contract as necessary. We have an on-staff Masters level curriculum writer who specializes in the psychology of adult learning and retention. Additionally, we have several officers in our Leadership group with multiple relevant certifications and specialties including hand-to-hand combat training, de-escalation training and dynamic management techniques in a variety of different fields.
In addition to providing direct security for our officers, we have also been contracted to provide training, observation and feedback services for in-house security officers and other relevant personnel in multiple fields including restaurants/clubs, apartment complexes and gas pipelines. These modules are written specifically for each contracted entity and include observation and feedback loops for optimal integration into existing staff. Depending on the level of training requested, Inari Security Services’ officers also remain on-site, for various lengths of time, to ensure proper efficacy of the training programs.
