I don't even know where to begin here. I've been a patron of in the city wax studio for nearly four years. Brittany is nothing short of amazing and I couldn't imagine going anywhere else. I moved from the area, however I still make the trek back to Cobb for my appointments with her. My wax is essentially painless with her technique used for waxing. The time and care that she puts into making sure she gets each and every hair is truly appreciated. Her prices are extremely reasonable and there are deals run constantly that are sent via email and also posted to social media. I would definitely would and have recommended her ten times over. Every single friend/colleague of mine that has visited her talks about her high level of professionalism and the pleasure of the visit. Many of them have also become long time patrons as well. After moving to Smyrna I found Honey Bee through Groupon! She is very down to earth, professional, and EXCELLENT at what she does! She will not keep you waiting, she has the room ready for you as soon as you walk in, and she goes above and beyond to make your experience the BEST possible! The room set up is very well thought of and unique! She definitely covers all areas of client satisfaction and most importantly, keeps it clean! GO see her! The building is older and you could “Judge a book by it’s cover” when you first pull up. But DONT! You would completely be missing out on the Best Brazilian/Customer service you have EVER had!!! I found this place through Groupon. When I arrived the service started immediately. I received a Brazilian wax and a Brazilian facial. The service was great. The owner was very knowledge and I could she was very passionate about waxing. I also brought some of the Shea butter that she sells in the Jamaican fruit flavor and I love it. Brittany was beyond awesome. She is very knowledgeable and affordable. I have been getting Brazilian waxing for about seven years now and this was the least painful. My sister wanted to get her first wax and was too afraid to go by herself, so being the great sis i am, i decided to tag along with her. We had a hard time finding a good place to start and we actually had a couple of horror stories with other waxing studios (but we wont go into that). Anyway thank goodness we found Brittany at In The City Wax Studio! She was so awesome, her studio was very clean, and she made a scary situation very professional. She was so attentive and educated, she made a point to really go to know my sister, what she wanted, and her skin type. The waxing part of course wasn't fun but it went by really fast and Brittany really helped coach my sister through it. I was so pleased by her experience that I decided to go ahead, bite the bullet and get my brazilian done as well. I am so happy with the results and I will be back! More...
