AMAZING Company. I "attacked" a young man, cleaning furniture, in our neighborhood. He was very kind in taking a moment to speak with me. Shawn, was able to work us in almost immediately. They cleaned 2 bedroom carpets, and the dryer vent. AMAZING job on EVERYTHING!! The young man that did our cleaning was prompt, courteous, friendly, professional, clean/well kept, polite, etc, etc. I would DEFINITELY hire them again; as well as HIGHLY RECOMMENDED them to ANY and EVERYONE!! Yesterday Jay came out to clean my carpets and tile. He was extremely professional and did an awesome job. Poor guy was sweating when he was done. I took before and after pics of the tile and grout and the difference is amazing. I will certainly have this company out again. I only gave a 4 star because of the sales tactics. When I called and told the person on the phone what I needed I was quoted four rooms for $99 and the tile for .25/sq. foot. When Jay arrived he assessed and measured the house. He told me the options for the carpets and what I needed/wanted was actually $160. He then told me that to include grout cleaning with the tile would be .45/sq. foot. That’s a $300 difference that I wasn’t anticipating. It would be better if In and Out would give the options before going out to a home so the customer knows worst case cost. More...

I have used this service five times over six years to do our extensive carpets. The results have always been spectacularly good and I would give a five-star rating with special praise for the pleasant, neat, polite crew. On one occasion there were marks left on the carpet because the little plastic squares were not used. The manager came and removed all the spots. I was extremely pleased. I am writing to update my review. Within less than 24h from the initial service, I received a reply to my initial concerns posted here. I accepted the offer of the company to come back and do the next level up (shampoo cleaning) than what  is offered on the Groupon (steam cleaning). A different technician (Daniel) came by and at first, he listened to my evaluation of last time's service and the concerns I raised. He presented again the three different levels of cleaning and when it is recommended to use one over the other; we also inspected the current condition of my carpet, the old stains, areas of traffic, etc. After this, the technician did the cleaning and even some of the older stains looked better. He was very thorough and paid attention to all the areas of concern. I appreciated the attention to detail, and the answers to all my questions. The service was very efficient and thorough. I am glad the company followed up and I got to experience their next level of cleaning. I intend to do a deep cleaning in a few months, too. They are a small business and care about their customers. Our first grandchild was born 2/14/2019, while at the Hospital I spoke to my son to allow me to clean his apartment before he gets back home with the baby, we called a cleaning company and called two different companies to have them come in same day (carpet doctor and National floor care), they both were able to accommodate an appointment for Friday (not good for me), my wife found this company In and Out Steamers, I called them and spoke to a very pleasant person and explained my urgency, he had a truck at the apartment within the hour, the technician (his name is ELI) performed the job requested as professional as a person could be, very receptive to our needs in hand, I will use this company from this point On, THANK YOU IN AND OUT.

The manager called me and was very professional. She explained the groupon and apologized for the misunderstanding. She offered to have the technician to come back out and clean the carpets. I was happy about that.The technician came on time, he also apologized for the issue I had. I advised him it wasnt his fault and it had nothing to do with him.
