How important is a healthy diet to someone’s health and wellbeing?
You are what you eat. The cleaner and healthier you eat the better you will feel and the better your body will operate on a daily basis. Making sure your body has the correct nutrients and ratio of food and water can greatly influence your health, your body's ability to stay healthy, and control your weight.
How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
I help my clients achieve their fitness goals by working directly with them, by always being reachable and giving them my 100% energy and knowledge. Everythingis fully customized based off of each clients needs and goals.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
There is no big secret to reaching the body of your dreams. It all comes down to diet and what you put in your body as well as combining that with proper supplementation and getting your workouts and training done. Constantly holding yourself accountable and working hard everyday towards reaching your goal.
What do you love most about your job?
I really enjoy working with people and sharing my knowledge. I am super passionate about fitness and health and love seeing people change and learn over time. Progress is everything, when clients can see results and see how far they have come and how much better they feel overall, it makes me glad that I do what I do.
