Working with James has been top-tier quality.  He came out right away and after thoroughly walking the property with me, provided a quote. Because of his attention to detail, the actual installation went super smooth and according to plan!!Chris, and Dion were timely, professional, and walked me through the entire process the morning installation began. They worked hard to minimize drilling in the building and came up with strategic ways to run the camera lines in a "stealthy" and professional manner. Imperial Surveillance set up an access system at my business. After being quoted sky-high prices by competitors with long waiting periods, Imperial got in promptly and installed our set-up for a great price. The installation team was very professional and got the job done quicker than expected. I needed these doors done on a tight time-frame and they came through. Excellent Company!!! I highly recommend them! We own a large commercial/residential property in Mount Greenwood and we needed a good security system. Imperial came up first on google - which is always a good sign! Mark Peregrym came out to give us a quote. He was extremely educated For what we needed and gave us a great price. We signed immediately and they were out in 2 weeks. Our installation techs were Dylan Reiff and Daniel G who we were extremely happy with. They were very knowledgable and a pleasure to work with. For the company that I work for, GoldMax/JS Enterprises had over 200 locations nationwide. 100 of them where local in the chicagoland area but then we also had other locations in other states & cities. From Atlanta, GA, all the way to Los Angeles, CA. Since we were in the Gold business we had to have the best security for our staff, customers and product that we purchased. Â Some of our system ranged from 4 cameras to 25 cameras. We have used Imperial to help us with our tech support and installations. They were always there to help us and able to give us the best advice. I would strongly recommend them as they were able help us even when we were opening 10 stores a month. Most companies would have slowed us down. Instead they worked at our pace and helped us with anything that needed. Give them a try! It is worth it. More...

Things couldn't have gone any smoother. Â They performed excellent work and were very attentive to my needs. Â I met with Joe on a Friday and he explained the packages he had along with showing me the quality of the video taken by their cameras. Â I was very impressed. Â I told him I would have to think it over and he gave me his business card along with his cell phone. Â He also stated if I went with his company, installation could occur in about 2 weeks. Â The only issue I had was the 90-day warranty and the quarterly fee covering the equipment and labor. Â Joe and his supervisor quickly extended the warranty to 1-year and told me I could start paying the quarterly fee after the 1-year was up if I wanted to. Â After I signed the contract, I was pleasantly surprised to learn my installation would take place 5 days later.Joe and his installation crew arrived early and went over the installation plans. Â Joe stated he would call me when the installation was over to find out how if there were any problems. The crew worked tirelessly in the cold and their work was impeccable - not a wire in sight - and they did an excellent job of cleaning up any debris.After the installation, the crew installed the necessary software on my computer, tablet, and phone. Â After making sure I could operate the software on each device, they proceeded to show me how to record and export the recordings in the event I wanted to save them.Overall, I was very pleased with the work Joe and his installation crew performed. We used Imperial to install a 16 camera system in 2 locations. They were professional and stuck to their quoted time of installation. Since they we have made some changes to our static IP - Garrett and Dan are extremely helpful with great customer service after installation. The DVRs are also setup up on our Smartphones and iPads. I used these guys to install a 16-camera system at my jewelry store. They came in with about bid about 10% lower then the next lowest bid. The picture quality was great and the customer service couldn’t be beat. I recently installed a new display and needed 2 cameras adjusted & they had no problem coming over to move the cameras to a new location. Bottom line is that these guys are at the top of their game.
