We rent a town home in Cumming and it was in a bad state in terms of dirt and filth!Sean came in for an inspection and came up with a reasonable quotes for a basic cleaning and deep cleaning services. Me and my wife decided that we would just take up basic cleaning service as we do not know our length of stay here and we were not willing to spend 350$ for the deep cleaning.Sean arrived with his son the next day for the 125$ worth basic cleaning of 3 bedrooms, 2 and half baths , kitchen and the living room.Although it was a basic service, Sean's impeccable need for things to be clean made him provide an extremely satisfying service (he scrubbed the floors, walls, doors off grime too)All in all a great family owned business with a touch higher price (but you pay for what you get). Fantastic service, highly recommend! I scheduled them to help me fix up my house we were moving out of to sell (requested thoroughly clean 3 full bathrooms and kitchen). Arrived on time and walked through the house to review the areas that needed attention, even agreed to do some additional items that had not been previously discussed (cleaning vents and sweep/mop basement). Extremely detailed cleaning, going above and beyond what was needed. Cleaning took longer than expected due to amount of animal hair (we have 2 dogs and 2 cats), but everything was spotless upon completion - you would never know we had pets! Stuck to her quoted price, even though it took a lot more time, effort, and she did additional work. Well worth the price, which I consider very reasonable.Cannot say enough good things. Having someone come in and clean my house to my standards is hard to find.  I am a little OCD about the cleanliness of my home and have already terminated another cleaner because their standards were not up to mine.  Elaine and Shawn have done a WONDERFUL job on my home.  They go the extra mile as well to ensure that I am happy with the services.  Friendly, impeccable and exactly what I am looking for.  I will continue to use their service!
