Why is it so important for businesses to hire a great accountant?
My advice to potential clients looking to hire a great accountant is to do their due-diligence by asking the provider questions about their services, support staff, confidentiality, security of financial information/records and please be sure to sign a service agreement and a non-disclosure agreement. It is important to have these things in place to protect yourself and your business. A great accountant would want protection for your business 1st (integrity) and equally providing you with accurate, reliable, trust-worthy financial statements, reports & data.
What do you love most about your job?
My interest in Accounting began in high school. I've been an Accountant and trusted-advisor providing accounting/bookkeeping services for over 30 years. I thoroughly enjoy my career. I'm doing what I love the most - helping people with their finances, whether it's personal or business!
What inspired you to start your own business?
My inspiration to start my own business truthfully was/is because of losing my W-2 position due to the pandemic. Fortunately, I have the skillset to continue to help people and small businesses with their finances and tax preparation. I'm so grateful to be able to continue to serve!
