I am a board certified Nurse Coach. Not only have I been skilled in life coaching skills, I have several years experience as an RN. I truly enjoy engaging with others as they design a life that aligns with their values and beliefs. I enjoy holding space for individuals as they consider what it is they want to achieve and ways in which to meet those goals.

What do you love most about your job?
Helping women is my passion. So often women get lost in the consideration and care of others while letting themselves to become completely depleted, leaving them feeling lost, sad and sometimes bitter. I enjoy helping them see that they can care for others in a bigger way when they care for themselves first. Their ideas and dreams matter just like everyone else's! Sometimes, they just need a gentle reminder and a plan.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I spent so many years at the bedside as a nurse. So many people out there just need someone to talk to and to feel heard! Coaching gives me the opportunity to offer support and accountability to those feeling lost or stuck.
Why should our clients choose you?
I am an effective listener and enjoy helping to cultivate new ideas and new possibility for those feeling stuck or lost or even unseen.

All of my services are offered online via Zoom. Using online meetings is a great way to reach people in different parts of the world instead of limiting myself to those near my business.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
In order to connect with the most individual, I offer online meetings only. Practicing via Zoom keeps them safe and healthy!

I offer 2 free 60 minute sessions for you to decide if coaching with me is an avenue you would like to pursue. If you would like to proceed, all coaching containers are unique and price/package will be created on that information.
