How important is a healthy diet to someone’s health and wellbeing?
I like to refrain from using the word “diet” as I believe this is a life long habit change. I prefer to use the words “nutrition” or even better “nourishment.” Nourishing the body is vitally important for both mind and body productivity. Making sure that our bodies have adequate nutrients ensures that we can function optimally on a day-to-day basis, including exercising! In order to lose weight, specifically fat, or to gain lean muscle—it all begins with healthy food!
How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
I help empower growth-minded women to achieve optimal physical, emotional, and whole-life balanced outcomes. For more than half my life I struggled with an eating disorder. Over those years I strived to develop a healthy relationship with my body, food, and exercise. Having finally achieved this relationship, I’m perfectly positioned to be able to empathize with individuals who find themselves on a similar journey. I’m a dedicated health and wellness expert offering holistic and innovative health and wellness, fitness and nutrition coaching services for individuals of all comers. My clients achieve enduring success by learning and sustaining healthy, life-long habits.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
Achieving the body you envision begins when you truly accept yourself in this moment, exactly how you are! You must work to build a firm foundation and make sure you are taking care of yourself in every way every day. And you must recognize that getting the body you envision takes dedication! On your must-do list is eating a well-balanced whole foods diet, getting regular exercise, ensuring that your body is hydrated, and finally employing healthy coping mechanisms when day-to-day stressors occur!
What do you love most about your job?
I love experiencing my clients’ mind/body transformations…seeing their eyes light up when they have “aha moments” and bursts of self-confidence!
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have learned that using my education and years of client experiences that I can create a successful plan based on personal desires and motivators. I always approach my coaching holistically and believe that the mind and body are symbiotically related.

I have extensive professional experience working virtually and have helped hundreds of individuals achieve their health and wellness goals! I utilize the most efficient and user-friendly platforms to track important health-related factors, including nutrition, exercise, water intake, personal habits etc. I’ve also developed strong and effective on-line communication skills, both verbal and written, to ensure the highest quality of support and accountability for my clients.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Because I’m exclusively a virtual trainer, my clients and I enjoy a covid-free relationship! But for clients who are concerned about Covid-19 exposure in their own day-to-day lives, I can adjust my recommendations to minimize Covid risk.
