As a professional athlete and master trainer, Hannah incorporates her extensive knowledge of Muay Thai conditioning, Powerlifting strength foundations, and Body Building regimens to deliver results that don’t just meet short-term goals but extend to the long-term as well.
Hannah brings a masterful knowledge of body composition, lean tissue gain, fat reduction, strength increases, and improved range of motion all tailored to the individual.


Hannah also works with clients for rehabilitation, as a certified clinician with NeuX she offers this groundbreaking treatment applicable for any individual. Athletes, car accident victims, disability clients, sleeping disorders, depression/anxiety clients, eating disorders.
Biohacking the central nervous system and resetting it is the catalyst that allows highest optimal recovery so the body is able to function in a parasympathetic state.

With over 13 years in the fitness industry, Hannah began competing in 2015 in the IFBB Women’s Figure/Physique Division, earned her ISSA master trainer certification in 2016, and earned her IFBB Pro Card at the 2017 USA Nationals. Hannah brings this knowledge and expertise to each client with the purpose of empowering the individual and rebuilding their self-confidence while building their body to meet their individual goals. Hannah works with her clients to design their bodies to meet their goals while improving their mental and emotional resilience as well. She has dedicated her focus to breaking through the mental, physical and emotional barriers that everyone faces.
