Having both academic and the practical experience in sports medicine and rehabilitation Ian can provide individual plans for health and performance so everyone can plan their improvement.
Ian's' experience as a child in the far north Aboriginal Lands of Australia showed him natural health comes from movement;His life in Cairns showed him that using the natural environment encourages natural movement.
