What truly invigorates me about this calling—because it is indeed a calling—is the chance to see the lightbulb moments happen for professionals and leaders, especially those of color. After more than 15 years in education, I recognized a palpable need for targeted personal and leadership development, particularly in diverse spaces. What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
The health and safety of our clients are paramount. We've transitioned many of our offerings to online platforms to ensure that we can continue to serve you without compromising on safety. In instances where in-person interactions are necessary or more effective, we adhere to all recommended safety protocols, including social distancing, sanitizing meeting spaces before and after use, and mandatory mask-wearing. We also limit the number of participants in our in-person workshops to adhere to safety guidelines.
