We used idea painting for our new construction project. A large home and large garage. They were multiple communication issues with the crew. For some reason when they filled all the nail holes, they sanded down the siding. Just left numerous cups throughout the siding as well as removed factory priming. They used glazing compound It appears to be not weatherproof because it's falling out of all the cracks and leaving white stains on the side of our home. On The interior, they didn't paint any of the area that was above door moldings or the tops of doors. Some areas looks like they used a different paint to touch up with because the sheen is different and is very noticeable in the afternoon light. Imagine being able to see all the cutting marks in every room. I tried to contact them to get this repaired but they will not return phone calls or emails. We recently just had our pool deck refinished and 5 garage floors refinished and we cannot be more happier with the job that was done by Idea.
