We first interacted with Jimmy over virtual trivia nights in the pandemic. We knew before we booked him that we wanted a photobooth package from whatever DJ we chose.
Probably to Jimmy’s frustration, we were pretty open to whatever he wanted to play besides a handful of select songs and he did not disappoint! We are so happy we booked him!

Jimmy was a class act during planning and the event itself. He carefully made sure to get the mix of music we and our guests would like and was very flexible.
He knows music from all eras which is great if you have songs from older guests that are meaningful. His personality is relaxing and fun with the ability to be soft spoken when needed.
He remained positive throughout our long planning period during covid which was definitely a challenge for all in that industry.
We did the photo booth which is a great investment. Little kids in particular love it!
I would highly recommend Jimmy for your wedding. He is a great and genuine dude and he works hard with you to get it all right for your special day.

The two major things we wanted for our wedding were 1. for people to love the food and 2. For everyone to have fun and DJ Jimmy went above and beyond with the fun! He kept people on the dance floor (including our 86 year old aunt!) the entire night with a mixture of older songs and more recent ones. We loved that he didn’t mix songs into each other, but the transitions were still seamless. When we met with him before the wedding we sent him some specific Irish songs we wanted to play at the reception as well as songs we wanted to walk out to, cut the cake to, etc. and he integrated them perfectly into the night. He also did uplighting for us which was 100% necessary in our warehouse space and worked perfectly. We cannot recommend him enough. More...

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! DJ Jimmy was awesome! He played all the songs we asked, read the crowd, and was super helpful.
Our guests started dancing before dinner and pretty much never stopped. The photo booth was amazing and the perfect touch!

DJ Jimmy Ice was amazing at our wedding 9/25/21. We could not have been happier with the job he did! He was very thorough in the process before our wedding helping us navigate what info we should give him. He did a great job figuring out the "vibe" we were going for. He also had many wise tips from his years of experience like positioning our guests around the DJ booth during our first dance so our photographer could take beautiful pictures that didn't just feature him. Several of my guests came up to me at the end of the night to tell me how much they loved the music and that this was the best wedding they'd ever been to. Everyone danced the entire time!! DJ Jimmy is professional, his services are reasonably priced, and he is overall just a fun person to be around who we were happy to have there as we celebrated our love. I will recommend him to friends for years to come. The music can truly make or break your event. We're so glad we chose DJ Jimmy Ice! More...

Jimmy was amazing to work with for our recent wedding! He was well-organized and completely flexible with our needs, which was appreciated since we ended up with several last-minute requests the week of (and one additional request the day of).
He had great music suggestions during the planning process and walked us through everything beforehand to make sure we were on the same page. We had the pleasure of having Jimmy D.J our wedding at Willoughby Haven in VT this past June. Jimmy is extremely professional, did an amazing job with music selection and was so easy to work with! ! We originally were going to get married in July of 2020 but postponed due to covid, and he had no issue rescheduling to our new date, which was on a Friday. James is an outstanding DJ, he's got a versatile wedding playlist that has something for everyone. He was spot on with the announcements and made our wedding a blast, you should have seen the energy on the dance floor!
I would highly recommend James and will definitely use him in the future if I ever do host any other events.
