Analysis is necessary to create a foundational understanding of the industry, the competitors, the ideal clients, the challenges and opportunities for the business.

The creative dreaming is necessary to create the vision, so we can create a feeling of "I want this" in the viewer.

The dreaming can only come after the foundational understanding is there.

In a way, you need to understand everything and then, for a little while, completely forget about what you know while you pay a visit to "the land of possibility". If you don't do it in this order, you will end up creating a site that looks just like your competitors' sites.

Creativity can not be forced. It requires a lightness and a playfulness. For this reason I make very sure that our team culture is great. We support one another, we have a good time together. We are humble and honest and we are all committed to excellence. This minimizes stress which allows creativity to flow.
