I signed my 3.5yr Golden Retriever up for their Reactive Dog Program and it was so awesome seeing my dog progress over the weeks of training. They let me participate in group classes, and we ended up loving them so much we enrolled in their Agility 1 class. If your dog is struggling w/ reactivity, low confidence, their emotions are unpredictable or you as their owner are not confident in your management skills and understand what you should do next when your dog is blowing up.. this is the the place to turn to for help. They’ve never once made me feel dumb for asking simple questions and have always been our biggest support team for when they notice positive and awesome progressions in our training. They have more of a “family” feel to their facility, than a serious/scary feel, which I think helps us owners feel more comfortable. Jason broke down every single training aspect down to us to where I could understand fully what I should do to help my dog and why my previous methods weren’t clicking. His team of trainers are all so helpful, especially Julie & Hannah who always made sure our dogs are having fun, while remaining obedient. Kristen was always so helpful and kind with setting up all of our scheduling for sessions and helping out the trainers if they needed an extra hand. We’re so happy this facility encourages continuing training, by them hosting monthly group pack walks. This is such a great way to stay active in our training, keeping up with all the hard work these trainers help us instill in our dogs. I’m excited to go about my every day life now with a much more confident dog that understands the world isn’t out to get him and that seeing dogs can be a positive association now. Update: after the initial difficulty communicating, they reached out, and I got together with them to discuss training options. We opted for board and train, and it's been going very well! had a little hiccup when she went into heat, and she had to come home until it passed, but we brought her right back and they said she was right back on track! looking forward to having her back home, she's a completely different dog now! Actually getting back to someone when they reach out for help. no response after a full week is bad business practice. More...

I can say enough about how much i appreciate this staff/team! We took our very stubborn 3y/o pit/boxer mix, Bruin to Ib k. 9 for the 4 week board and train program. I was very unsure of leaving him for so long but, Kristen, Jason & Jeremey loved him as one of their own and always provided updates/time to schedule visits! Since his return home he has been willing to listen to commands without treats in hand and has been such a great boy on the leash! They have given me the best foundation to continue his training and plan going forward. I am so happy with how much fun Bruin has doing his training sessions and how attached he was to his trainer, Jeremy. Great program and staff all the way around! I look forward to keeping up with them and their training graduate meet ups. More...

The staff at I.B. K9 are amazing. I took my extremely hyper PitBull, there for the border training and picked up a dog who was calm, disciplined, and easy to take on a walk, but really important, they didn't change who she was. On my visits I could really tell she liked her trainer, which really put me at ease. When you pick up your dog, they don't just send you home without a plan, they teach you how to continue training. They check up on you and have you come in to make sure everything is going good. They were worth every penny. Thank you Jeremy, Jason, and Kristen.😁 More...
