For me it was intimidating getting back to working out. He makes it easy and without judgement. Throughout the whole process he is committed to the idea that the end goal has to be kept in mind, however it is about the journey and discipline along the way that gets you there. Vince is amazing! He takes the time to really personalize multiple workouts and routines for you and your needs. He is motivating and kind, and knows when to give you an extra push. If you’re a talker, he’s a great conversationalist and prevents any awkward silent moments but if you’re not big on talking he will be all business. Beyond a shadow of a doubt, the secret is consistency. When you give up on your goals, your goals give up on you. Stick with it, and you'll experience the glory of a healthy, beautiful body.

Having a strategy, encouragement, and accountability is what will keep you in this for the long-term. I'll give you everything you need, plus the extra push.

In our strategy, I'll provide the workout plans, calorie recommendations, protein necessary to keep your metabolism high and gain/preserve your muscle.

My ultimate goal as a coach and trainer is to build your competence, independence, and autonomy over time. I don't want you to spend a fortune on personal training for your entire life just to stay in shape (unless you're into that idea). I'd rather give you the tools you need and hold your hand at first, but build you up to the point where you're able to do this on your own, & WELL! That's the measure of true consistency. Sounds good?

• Getting phone calls, texts, video calls, and videos expressing how happy my clients are with their results, how much energy they have, and how much their lives have changed.

I was discharged from the Marines due to a "temporary medical condition" caused by overexertion and grueling workouts. I used to be a believer in the "more pain, more gain" mindset, but learned it only gets you hurt.

I vowed to study Exercise Science in college, earn my degree, and become a personal trainer. I learned that there's plenty of lies and myths that overwhelm popular gym culture, and people get injured everyday from those false beliefs. Even the simplest beliefs, like how you "gain" muscle, are plain wrong. I haven't met a single person in the gym who actually knows what causes muscle gain.

At the very least, people are stunting their progress with their workouts when they could be achieving so much more. With my scientifically backed methods, I assure you that you'll get the most out of your workouts when you work with me.
