Had the worst experience with this company. I had scheduled a ride to the airport for an international flight and the driver never showed up. The ride was scheduled 2 weeks prior to my trip. I got a text saying the driver was on the way but no one showed up I waited over an hour and ended up taking my own car to the airport and almost missed my flight! I requested a refund and was told he needed to talk to his manager. After 2 weeks I still didn’t receive my refund so I filed a complaint with my credit card company and was able to get my money back. I will never use this company again! More...
