I Am Anna Lee

I’ve been passionate about psychology and helping others as long as I can remember, however I didn’t go full time into the healing world right out of college because I needed to grow and heal myself. Instead, I went to Silicon Valley and have created a very successful high tech career that has helped me grow and expand my leadership and business capabilities. Although I quickly realized the tech route wasn’t my true purpose in life. Which lead me to transition into a more aligned career path. Over the past two years, I’ve created a soul-aligned coaching business that lights me up with all sorts of joy as I love helping others grow and succeed!

Three words: I’ve been there.

I felt like I’d hit rock bottom, I was broke, I was burnt out and stressed, I had unhealthy habits and a victim mentality. Instead of seeing this part of my life as a sob story, I’ve decided it’s crucial to
actually OWN YOUR STORY to grow into the most empowered and purposeful version of yourself.

I’ve dedicated my live to spiritually and self-development which has helped me create my own dream life.

I achieved the my dream tech job at one of the best companies in Silicon Valley, made over six figures, and realized I wanted more purpose out of my life.

I didn’t feel fulfilled because I wasn’t serving in a way that was aligned with me. So I took the leap, started a coaching business, and have grown into the happiest and healthiest version of myself yet, although I am always improving.

I’ve learned how to improve myself from the inside, and my outer world began to reflect the hard work I have done. It makes me feel incredibly fulfilled to help others do the same!

Yes, we will connect via Zoom for virtual meetings to stay Covid conscious. In the future, if you are close by, I would be happy to meet in person in a covid conscious way for a session. Otherwise, we will work together remotely!

My business moved 100% online to safely socially distance while still providing quality sessions for my clients.
