I build a system around the individual. I don't make the individual work within my system.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
There's no secret. It comes down to work ethic and consistency.
What do you love most about your job?
Seeing my clients transform and breakthrough. Every time I get on a call with a client and they're explaining to me they're wins... It makes all other stressors in my own life go away because I'm so overjoyed that they're getting the results they're after.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Fixing my own problems. I used to be depressed, lacking confidence, and unhealthy. I figured out very quickly that exercise helped those things. It also helped me understand the way the world worked. You will bear many heavy loads in life.. my advice to you is to get used to dealing with that resistance by practicing it.

My services are exclusively remote. We do not train via video call unless it's needed for a form check. I consult you on how to LIVE BETTER. Training is a small portion of that.
The goal is to get you self-sustaining so you don't have to keep paying for it.
