Avoid the bodybuilding trap of becoming slow, tight and inflexible. Work through a full range of motion. Movements should be rhythmic, fluid and flowing.

Teaching adults how to move again by creating core stability, functional mobility and functional strength.

Inspiration came from wanting to break away from the traditional fitness model that leads people to be slow, tight and immobile. Most of the traditional exercise programs create muscle imbalances and joint pain.

I want to make you better… “Anyone can make you tired, not everyone can make you better.”

Each client has their own “space” and equipment. Everything is cleaned before and after each session.

Services

Total body Movement sessions in a small group (2-4 people) setting focusing on 360 degree stability, mobility AND functional strength. All the benefits of the private, one-on-one sessions without the cost.

One-on-one total body Movement sessions focusing on 365 degree stability, mobility AND functional strength.

The focus of these sessions is Mobility - The ability to control our body’s movement through a certain range of motion. This is achieved through Myofacial release with foam rollers, joint mobilizations with bands and movements that create true functional mobility.

We will gradually introduce smarter eating habits into your every day life…NO fad diets, NO meals or “shakes” made in a lab, NO processed foods.
