We stayed here a few weeks ago. The location is great. Our stay was very pleasant. The staff are very friendly and helpful especially Joy at the front desk, she is great.
The only downside: the elevator is very slow.

Wonderful place to stay, close to shops right out the front door. got some beach chairs from the front desk. walked across the street almost to the beach and sat there and enjoyed the weather. just make sure you bring some sunblock. More...

The staff was very friendly. Hot and cold breakfast outdoors every morning are part of the mandatory $29 night hotel fee, but well worth it. They also give a $5/day credit that can be used in the lobby for pastries, limited Starbucks brewed beverages bottled drinks, or at the bar. Beach chairs and boogie boards can be borrowed for the day too, so don't waste your money renting at the beach. 2 bottles of water and a tote bag, filtered water stations, and coffee in the lobby for most of the day are included too. Our housekeeper Venette @ 1239 was very sweet & would help keep us comfortable in any way .. My wife Judy had recieved a Kidney Transplant a little over a year ago and mentioned it upon arrival & the room was perfect & clean ! We definitely enjoyed our stay .And both the Hawaiian Islands ... Been living next to your hotel for a few years now and all I gotta say is your VALET BOY are the most DISRESPECTFUL people to the apartment building next to you guys from speeding the customer rental car down the road to wen they gotta go park the car are you guys waiting FOR THEM TO GET IN TO ACCIDENT IT AND EVERYDAY THING and to them beeping the horns on the keys to find the car and when they do beep it they beep like no tomorrow like really? ?? YOU GUYS NEED TO REALLY NEED TO TEACH THEM HOW TO BE RESPECTFUL AND NOT TO SPEED!!!!! More...
