Ordered take out tonight.. ordered BONELESS Wings!! ..but FOUND a Bone ..yes..a Bone in my "Boneless" Wings.. and they never included the Ranch dressing on the side. Very DISAPPOINTED!

I am always happy to see the staff at hurricanes is as busy as they are through these trying times. I am horrible with names, but I know the faces of the regular managers, servers hostesses. you guys do a great job on my food every time I order from there! I went to the Hauppauge location tonight for some wings I had some gift cards left from buying gift cards for Christmas. For every $50 you buy you get $10. I had used some before at this location they were $5 each and I was told you can only use $10 at a time. So when I ordered the wings I gave them the 2 $5 and was told I can only use 1 today I said well I was here last week and they told me you can use $10 since they should have been given to me in $10 gift cards. When I asked for the manager she wouldn’t let me use it either but said she would extend it to February 31st (lol) I said February only has 29 days I guess that pissed her off so she ripped it up. She said your arguing over $5 I said I know and what happened to the customer is always right? She said that’s not true I don’t know who told you that. I asked to speak to the owner who they said was in the back he or she wouldn’t come out they told me the owner said take your food or don’t but take your business elsewhere. Went there for a friend’s retirement 6 of us spent over $400.00 on drinks. When we went to pay the bill I asked the manager if we could get a buy back, which is common in New York and was very rudely told no. Don’t really care I will never go back there. On the plus side our waitress Aerial was very nice and accommodating. Management sucks and needs to be trained on how to treat high spending customers. More...
