I bought an antler razor on display at a Detroit fair after Thanksgiving. The head unfortunately fell off after a couple uses (glue came undone) but I contacted Hunt & Noyer and he was very responsive, apologetic, and awesome about fixing it. He even payed me for the shipping. It's now back in my hands, fixed, and looking good. Couldn't give the fifth star because there was an issue but he was great about getting it addressed and, in his defense, it's a part he sources from someone else. More...

Kyle is a perfectionist. He thought through every piece we ordered, tested it and refined the design if necessary. Kyle also revised some pieces we already had and managed to bring them back reupholstered even though that's not his craft. He found a way! It's so rare to find a craftsman with such a can-do attitude. His pieces are lovely to look at, to touch and to use and his prices are fair for handcrafted furniture. Kyle designed and built a beautiful custom coffee table that I really couldn't be happier with. We spoke on the phone a couple of times about the design and details that I was looking for. He showed great attention to detail in this stage of the process, and I think that really came across in the finished product. I had a decent idea what I wanted the piece to look like, but I think the best part of the process was asking Kyle to add his design aesthetic to the piece. This added an element of surprise for when I got to see the table the first time, but I was really blown away with what he came up with. I had an idea for a console table, but could not find exactly what I wanted. We met Kyle at ACE in Evanston, IL and were immediately impressed with the work he had on display. A few days later I contacted him and asked if he could create my dream table. I drew up a rough sketch of my design idea and sent it to him. He viewed it, redrew it and drew up a contract. We know handcrafted furniture takes time to build. Kyle estimated the time of four weeks and delivered. Kyle was able to design & build the table that I imagined and more! The craftsmanship is excellent. The walnut wood - his specialty - was handpicked by him and is simply beautiful. We are now thinking about what other furniture we would like Hunt & Noyer to build. Hunt & Noyer crafted the most amazing custom crib for my baby's nursery. It is made of walnut, and combines clean lines, traditional style, and live edges, which my husband and I absolutely love.
