Although I’m a pro cyclist, I’ve found a passion for strength and Pilates as effective methods to find an ideal strength to weight ratio while finding healthy balance and PrEventInG injury! I provide a variety of core exercises that help every body get stronger, burn more calories, and feel better.

My practice is well followed. Several clients have enjoyed working with me when they know they couldn’t do it alone. I offer a great variety for those willing to commit.

I am genuinely want to help people be healthy and stronger and/or faster. If we aren’t a good fit, I’ll help you find someone else.
