Write your goals down, say them out loud, do something (hire a trainer) to help you remain accountable, accept that life changes and be willing to flex your plan to stay on track.

Feeling that there was no one to help me when I started over 6 years ago.

My practice is well followed. Several clients have enjoyed working with me when they know they couldn’t do it alone. I offer a great variety for those willing to commit.
I am genuinely want to help people be healthy and stronger and/or faster. If we aren’t a good fit, I’ll help you find someone else.
