Tax Preparation
I. Tax Preparation Services: We offer tax preparation services for businesses, individuals, estates, fiduciaries, and not-for-profit taxpayers. We will complete most return(s) in three weeks or less. We use industry-leading tax preparation software from Thomson Reuters. We do not outsource any part of the tax preparation process.
II. Individual Income Tax Return Preparation: We are familiar with all types of individual tax documents and forms: W2 wage documents, investment statements, home-based businesses, farms, rentals, foreign income, employee stock options, and so much more.
III. Business Income Tax Return Preparation: We are familiar with preparing all types of business returns. Most commonly, we file partnerships (Form 1065), S corporations (Form 1120S), C corporations (Form 1120), tax-exempt organizations (Form 990), estate fiduciary returns and trust fiduciary returns (Form 1041), gift tax returns (Form 709), and estate returns (Form 706).

I. We can set up your new QuickBooks online company or help you switch from another accounting system.
II. We offer full bookkeeping services via QuickBooks online. Our bookkeeping services include data entry and classifying your transactions into the accounting system to create a set of financial statements for management use that could facilitate the preparation of your income tax returns. Our fees are typically based on a per-transaction fee.
III. We also offer bookkeeping support. With this service, we act as a consultant for all your bookkeeping needs.
Tax Notice Resolution Services
Bring us your IRS and State notices for clarity. We will explain what the issue is and offer advise to best approach your situation. Our resolution service can include assistance with notices received, tax examination representation, Installment Agreements Liens & Levies Sales & Seizures
