What do you love most about your job?
What I love most about my job is supporting another brands growth and success. I was lucky to have some amazing mentors during my career. I love spreading that knowledge to help other brands and professionals feel success in their job.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I had a strong belief that implementing a world class customer service culture into a business would prove to increase customer and employee loyalty, while also increasing your bottom line income. I felt that I needed to prove that theory for myself, so I opened my first business, a salon and spa 6+ years ago. I now own 3 businesses and have proven my theory to be correct.
