I'm very particular...picky, if you will, and I've had many house cleaners in the past. I really like Octomaids. They are always quick, efficient, and friendly, plus very detail-oriented - which is my favorite thing about them! Not only that, they're licensed and insured, use green products, and want to only do the jobs YOU want them to focus on. It's more expensive than I'm used to, having lived in North Idaho for most of my adult life, but it's on par for the area, and they're very good at what they do.I highly recommend them.And, they also don't seem to mind my old dog getting in their way. :)Thank you, Hermila. Octomaids was the only cleaning company that returned our call and we're glad they did. They came out for a free estimate and after deciding on what we wanted them to do exactly, we gave them the ok and they came out the next day and showed up on time. The house was a rental and the tenants left it a complete mess. They went through it top to bottom and worked really hard all day only stopping for lunch. We have Octomaids bi-weekly service for several months now. We are pleased so far with the overall service. We have the same team, Aby and her daughter every time, which is really nice. Both of them are nice and does a great job of deep cleaning. We are hoping for this continued excellent service from Aby and her team. The business owners Norma and Steve are also very responsible and dependable folks, very easy to work with. They certainly have met our needs.
